Victor Grafeks has been compiled with the JDK 1.1.6 under Linux. Here are
the problems of this program, depending on the virtual machine and
the operating system used:
JDK 1.1.6 under Linux
-
Create a text object saying "NEW!!!", choose the "Monospaced" font, bold,
size 50, press OK: this freezes my system so badly that the only thing
I can do is press the reset button!
-
When you maximize the window, sometimes some selection handles disappear.
This problem is corrected by a screen refresh.
JDK 1.1.4 under Windows 95
-
When you maximize the window, and the sheet is smaller than the window,
there's a gap between the sheet and the scroll bars. The width of this
gap is the same as the width of a scroll bar.
-
If you create a new image with different dimensions from those of the current
image, you've got to do a "manual" refresh (restore / maximize the window)
to see the correct dimensions.
If you encounter a problem that isn't listed above, please
let me know.
